Secondo come riporta il Corriere del mezzogiorno ,scende in campo anche il Comune, con in testa il sindaco Luigi De Magistris e l’assessore alla cultura Nino Daniele, per salvare il Teatro Trianon Viviani di Forcella. Il teatro, che compie 103 anni, è all’asta per i debiti contratti da Regione e Provincia con le banche. La campagna per evitare la svendita dell’opera, al posto della quale andrebbe ad aprire un supermercato, è stata lanciata da Legambiente, Evaluna e Corriere del Mezzogiorno con una petizione su Change.org.
Dopo un incontro delle associazioni promotrici con Luigi De Magistris e l’assessore alla cultura Nino Daniele, e la visita del «sindaco di strada» al teatro, da palazzo San Giacomo è partita una lettera con la quale primo cittadino e assessore hanno chiesto al sovrintendente per i Beni Architettonici di Napoli, Giorgio Cozzolino, un «intervento per la tutela ed il vincolo del bene». Richiesta già inoltrata delle associazioni che sono attualmente in attesa di risposta.
LA LETTERA – De Magistris e Daniele scrivono: «Le vicende che di recente hanno condotto nuovamente alla nuova chiusura del Teatro Trianon Viviani, teatro pubblico napoletano costituiscono motivi di grande preoccupazione. Ciò non solo per l’impoverimento dell’offerta culturale, ma anche e soprattutto per le drammatiche ricadute sui livelli occupazionali. Avvertiamo l’obbligo, altresì, di intervenire per evitare la definitiva scomparsa del teatro del popolo della città, ora che sono note concrete ambizioni di acquisto del bene da parte di soggetti che ne muterebbero la destinazione d’uso in un supermercato».
LA STORIA – E continuano: «Il Trianon possiede, da sempre, una riconosciuta collocazione storica, culturale ed artistica». «Sorto, infatti, nel 1911 nel centro storico Unesco di Napoli, la sala – al cui interno insiste addirittura un reperto greco risalente al IV/ III sec. a.c. – ha svolto la funzione fondamentale di valorizzare e diffondere la tradizione musicale della canzone napoletana. Nel corso degli anni, hanno calcato il palcoscenico le maggiori famiglie di teatranti della nostra città: dagli Scarpetta ai De Filippo, dai Viviani ai Taranto, dai Maggio ai Di Maio, nonché attori quali Nicola Maldacea e Totò e cantanti dell’importanza di Elvira Dannarumma, Mario Pasqualillo, Salvatore Papaccio».
TWEET DI BASSOLINO – E Antonio Bassolino risponde al nostro articolo su twitter, riabbracciando la causa del Trianon: «Giusto, si metta il vincolo e la Regione cerchi di riaprire un teatro che è presidio di cultura per Forcella e per Napoli». Del resto è una causa che l’ex sindaco conosce bene visto che da governatore della Campania rese regionale la sala di piazza Calenda acquisendo il 60% della proprietà dalla famiglia Cuccurullo (il 40% era già in mani pubbliche, quelle della provincia). E all’era Bassolino si deve anche la direzione artistica di Nino D’Angelo che vide un boom di abbonamenti e una rifioritura delle attività culturali del teatro.
LA RADIAZZA E IL FLASH MOB A FORCELLA – La trasmissione radiofonica la Radiazza condotta da Gianni Simioli, con Francesco Emilio Borrelli, ha dedicato uno speciale alla vicenda del Trianon. «Abbiamo aderito sin dall’inizio alla campagna Salviamo il Trianon di Legambiente, Evaluna e Corriere del Mezzogiorno – spiegano – ma purtroppo per ora non è successo nulla. Per questo bisogna rilanciare la mobilitazione pubblica e mediatica per tentare di salvare il salvabile». Nel corso della trasmissione un flash mob spontaneo degli abitanti di Forcella. E Borrelli e Simioli proporranno a Nino D’Angelo di essere testimonial di un progetto di azionariato popolare come è avvenuto con la libreria al Vomero Iocisto.
