Napoli – L’assessorato al Lavoro e alle Attività produttive del Comune di Napoli continua nella sua azione volta alla programmazione del Natale e di tutto ciò che ad esso è legato in termini di attività artigianali e commerciali e di abbellimento delle strade cittadine mediante le tradizionali luminarie che animeranno non solo il Centro Storico, ma anche i quartieri della periferia da S. Giovanni ad Est a Bagnoli ad Ovest, da Secondigliano e Scampia al Nord a Chiaia al confine con il mare”. Lo ha dichiarato l’assessore con delega al Commercio Enrico Panini che ha aggiunto: “Per questo e ai fini della buona riuscita dell’organizzazione e dell’allestimento di fiere e manifestazioni natalizie, nei mesi scorsi è stata costituita una cabina di regia che coinvolge i Servizi comunali competenti, le Municipalità, la Protezione civile, l’ASIA, Napoli Servizi, ma anche ANM e NapoliPark per l’organizzazione logistica e in sicurezza del Natale a Napoli. Vogliamo offrire a cittadini e turisti un servizio di qualità per far sì che un evento così centrale per la città di Napoli possa meritare la giusta attenzione .
“Le tradizionali luminarie, un fitto calendario di fiere ed eventi, sicurezza, vivibilità e pulizia sono i temi sui quali si riconferma l’impegno del Comune ad una programmazione con largo anticipo volta a rendere Napoli una città attrattiva per i turisti anche nel periodo natalizio”, ha aggiunto il vicesindaco Tommaso Sodano.
Le fiere attese sono circa 60 cui andranno ad aggiungersi la storica fiera di S. Gregorio Armeno e dei Decumani e le manifestazioni previste nelle principali piazze cittadine come piazza Dante, piazza Mercato, piazza Plebiscito, piazza Trieste e Trento, piazza S.Domenico Maggiore, lungomare Caracciolo. Dopo l’approvazione della delibera istitutiva prevista per i primi di agosto, i bandi saranno aperti dai primi di settembre e
si chiuderanno alla fine dello stesso mese, di modo che le fiere partano dal secondo week end di novembre, ad eccezione di S.Gregorio e Decumani che partirà già a fine ottobre.
Saranno praticate agevolazioni del Canone Cosap fino all’80% per chi commercializza prodotti tipici Made In Naples e grazie all’ausilio di Polizia locale e guardia di Finanza sarà fatta lotta serrata alla contraffazione con revoca immediata della concessione a chi porrà in vendita merce contraffatta.
La mobilità:
ANM garantirà
- per il trasporto su ferro un’offerta più estesa del proprio servizio e la copertura totale per quanto riguarda il 31 dicembre 2014 secondo un
- programma che sarà reso noto entro i primi giorni del mese di dicembre;
- per il trasporto su gomma un incremento delle corse sulle linee che effettuano servizio fra i parcheggi di interscambio di Via Brin e Stadio San Paolo e le zone centrali della città, oltre che della circolare interna del Vomero, secondo un programma che sarà reso entro i primi
- dicembre.
Napolipark
- confermerà le già previste tariffe particolarmente agevolate nei parcheggi di interscambio onde incoraggiare l’attraversamento pedonale e l’utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici al fine di evitare il congestionamento delle arterie principali;
- agevolerà la sosta degli autobus turistici con il sistema “Napoli parcheggia facile”, già sperimentato ed ulteriormente implementato con la geolocalizzazione delle aree di sosta;
- garantirà la presenza di personale per il funzionamento dei parcheggi di sosta fino alle ore 24 dei giorni feriali, previa autorizzazione ad utilizzare risorse già disponibili per prolungare l’orario anche durante i giorni festivi;
- assicurerà la presenza di personale per gestire la sosta delle auto nelle aree limitrofe al centro storico (Piazza Municipio – lato MacDonald, Parcheggio Spalti del Maschio Angioino, Parcheggio Cavalli di Bronzo) e garantirà la massima assistenza ai bus turistici impiegando personale dedicato nelle aree di parcheggio di Via Marina;
- Napolipark, in accordo con la Polizia Locale, effettuerà interventi di dissuasione della sosta ove vietato impiegando i sistemi in dotazione (ganasce);
- Napolipark, in accordo con il Servizio Mobilità Sostenibile, provvederà a ripristinare la segnaletica danneggiata laddove richiesto.

La Polizia municipale
- dovrà definire ed eseguire, in raccordo con la questura, interventi specifici a tutela delle attività tradizionali, culturali, commerciali, fieristiche e di intrattenimento mediante il contrasto alla microcriminalità, all’abusivismo commerciale e l’eliminazione di qualsiasi forma di occupazione abusiva di suolo pubblico;
- dovrà garantire la presenza di personale in divisa in postazioni ben visibili nei punti di maggiore afflusso e in borghese;
- dovrà occuparsi di monitorare le comitive di turisti durante il percorso pedonale, per garantire una maggiore sicurezza e tutelare l’incolumità degli stessi, e di effettuare un continuo pattugliamento a piedi di tutta l’area dei decumani.
la raccolta dei rifiuti
ASIA dovrà garantire la collocazione nei punti strategici di campane per la raccolta differenziata, la definizione in accordo con ciascuna municipalità di orari e modalità di conferimento dei rifiuti da parte degli operatori delle fiere turistiche – cui gli stessi dovranno scrupolosamente attenersi previo ritiro delle concessioni – e una pulizia periodica e particolareggiata dei Decumani, anche con l’impiego di spazzatrici e di autocompattatori e personale dedicato all’area; su piazza Garibaldi sarà previsto un compattatore a supporto affinché sia garantito il decoro dei luoghi. La Cooperativa “25 giugno”, di concerto con il Servizio Politiche del Lavoro, assicurerà la presenza dei soci cooperatori nei tre punti individuati con il Servizio Protezione Civile (Piazza del Gesù, Piazza San Domenico e Piazza San Gaetano) dalle ore 8 alle ore 19 per una maggiore attenzione alla cura del decoro e fruibilità di specifiche aree.
