Due turisti americani hanno sottratto un pezzo di capitello di circa 30 Kg durante la visita agli scavi di Pompei. I due avevano nascosto il reperto in auto, poco prima di apprestarsi a entrare nello scalo romano. Sono stati fermati dalla polizia e denunciati.
La domanda sorge spontanea…Come sia possibile ancora e ripetutamente che pezzi di mura,capitelli,anfore ad altri cimeli di alto valore storico possano essere derubati? Nel silenzio senza essere notati da un servizio di vigilanza e che non ci siano ancora programmi ed interventi al sito archeologico.Forse non dovremmo poi cosi’ meravigliarci visto che l’area degli scavi ha gia’ ben altre problematiche tra cui la scarsa manutenzione e i ” famosi ” crolli avvenuti.La cultura in Italia va sempre a pezzi o meglio…va a ruba!!!!
