Il 12 aprile 2015 si svolgerà nella Sala Agora di Maussane les Alpilles, Provenza, la costituente dell’Assemblea Generale dell’Alleanza Europea delle Lingue Regionali (organismo a-partitico) che si terrà nell’ambito della terza edizione del Forum delle associazioni della cultura e delle tradizioni della Provenza organizzata dal Collectif Prouvenço, vertice delle associazioni culturali ed identitarie provenzali.
La creazione di questa alleanza segue un primo incontro che ha avuto luogo nel corso del 2014 tra un certo numero di associazioni rappresentative d’identità culturali regionali europee. In quella riunione, è stato deciso di creare un’Alleanza Europea per le Lingue Regionali per affrontare il problema della loro scarsa considerazione in seno alle autorità locali e nazionali e per resistere ad una serie di comportamenti egemonici appunto contro queste identità culturali e linguistiche.
Come rappresentativa dell’identità culturale e linguistica napoletane all’interno dell’Alliance troviamo Notre Napul’a Visionaire, di Massimiliano Verde, associazione culturale a-partitica.
Si é scelto la Provenza in virtù dei legami storici culturali e letterari ( greci ed angioini ) e per comuni battaglie identitarie contro la cultura egemonica ( quella di Parigi per la Provenza, per Napoli conosciamo….) per le quali i provenzali possono dare una mano ai napoletani, dato che gli amici di Provenza hanno acquistato posizioni più…avanzate ( si pensi al fatto che in Provenza per esempio i nomi delle strade sono sia in francese e provenzale appunto)….
L’Alleanza Europea delle Lingue Regionali sarà costituita quindi per la difesa, la promozione, l’insegnamento e la socializzazione delle lingue, delle culture e delle identità territoriali ufficialmente riconosciute o non riconosciute dalle autorità locali, regionali, nazionali ed europee, il cui trattamento e rispetto sono inadeguati a tutelare il loro esser “parlate” ed il loro patrimonio appunto linguistico e culturale.
Con l’azione di questa Alliance Notre Napul’a Visionaire si adopererà verso le stesse predette autorità per ottenere il riconoscimento ufficiale della Lingua, Cultura ed Identità Napoletane e per la realizzazione di politiche di tutela, sviluppo e la promozione (insegnalmento, cattedra di Lingua Napoletana, recupero della memoria storica dei luoghi e delle personalità connesse all’identità Napolitana).
Notre Napul’a Visionaire all’interno dell’Alleanza europea delle lingue regionali denuncierà e lotterà contro ogni forma di discriminazione e contro ogni egemonismo inflitto alle lingua, cultura ed identità Napoletane.
Concretamente quindi Notre Napul’a Visionaire già impegnata in progetti di “sensibilizzazione alla Cultura, Lingua, Storia Napoletane” in Provenza agirà con più determinazione anche internazionalmente e si proietterà verso Napoli e la Campania ma non solo : sono in fieri contatti con le comunità statunitensi e latino-americane d’origine napolitana e “meridionale” per realizzare corsi, eventi ad hoc.
L’Associazione Notre Napul’a Visionaire infatti nasce proprio ed indirizza da sempre la sua azione programmatica e progettuale, didattica, culturale e sociale – anticamorra p.e. con l’amico Ciro Corona del quale promuove le attività all’estero – per il recupero, attraverso tali progetti, soprattutto per le nuove e nuovissime generazioni ed in particolare pro ambiti più “disagiati”della Campania ( ma non solo ) appunto, della memoria e dell’identità storica, a partire dalla nostra Lingua ( un popolo senza lingua semplicemente non esiste)
Infatti nessun recupero (e riscatto che ne consegue) del rispetto che dobbiamo a noi stessi ed alla nostra terra é possibile senza recuperare la nostra “parlata”, Lingua, ovvero l’anima, senza cui siamo tutti inesorabilmente condannati ad un presente appunto inanimato ed incosciente, senza spirito né consapevolezza, abbruttiti e disposti a continuare a farci subire di tutto ed a seguitare a “buttare la carta sporca”, senza che nessuno se ne importi….proprio perché irrispettosi ed ignari di noi stessi, del nostro passato e dello stesso presente mistificati.
Notre Napul’a Visionaire, con il doveroso supporto di docenti ed esperti linguisti napolitani, sta approntando difatti un Metodo d’Insegnamento del Napoletano secondo gli standards riconosciuti UE, A1 per l’insegnamento delle Lingue appunto attraverso la produzione anche di materiale editoriale come libricini per i ragazzi, rigorosamente in Napoletano con epicentro la città di Napoli con traduzione in inglese, francese, spagnolo e probabilmente arabo, utili strumenti per corsi ed attività didattiche ad hoc che verranno proposti a chiunque seriamente interessato a partire dagli attori sociali delle realtà appunto più sensibili e disagiate di Napoli e della Campania.
Per tutto quanto sopra quindi invitiamo sin d’ora tutte le persone sensibili alla tematica e gli autentici “malati” di Napoli e non solo del Napoli a seguire e partecipare all’evento che avrà una luce e pubblicità internazionali (verranno approntati collegamenti internet da tutto il mondo) ed in cui finalmente Napoli e la sua civiltà trimillenaria avranno la loro giusta e corretta rappresentazione universale.
